While you can use software that is not on this list, you must be aware that the eLearning team may not be able to fix any problems that you experience, you also need to be sure (before you start building) that the software will allow you to download your files in a way that enables you to submit them at the end of the year.
You should not create resources under your own username and password on a cloud based service without first discussing with the eLearning team.
