The instructions on these pages will take you through hosting your files online so that you can (1) Distribute them to your users and supervisor and (2) submit your resources ahead of the submission deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The deadline for the submission of your resources, cover page and build files are the same. If you have an extension on your report submission, you also have an extension on your resource submission.

However, it is strongly recommend that you submit your resources well in advance of your report deadline (approx 1 week before). Issues often arise when it comes to resource submission, and it’s likely that you will require assistance from the eLearning support team to put these issues right ahead of the deadline. It is your<\/span><\/strong> responsibility to make sure that these issues are fixed ahead of the deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to share your resource with your supervisor and your users?<\/strong>

1. Obtain a shareable link to your resource. This may involve uploading files to the upload site. If you are unsure, just ask.
2. Share this link with your supervisor and\/or users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to share your resource for final submission?<\/strong>

Firstly, it’s important that you do not leave this process to the last minute. The upload process is often not straightforward, and while the eLearning team can help you should you run into problems, it may not be something that can be fixed straight away. We strongly advise that you submit your cover page and resource links approximately 1 week before the submission deadline. The eLearning team will host dedicated sessions to help you with the upload process.

The General Process for Final Submission<\/strong>

1. Read through the instructions for your chosen software(s) – found underneath this box.
2. Obtain a shareable link to your resource. This may involve uploading files to the upload site. If you are unsure, just ask.
3. Once complete, upload your cover page to the upload site and obtain your link to it. Test that it works as expected!
4. Submit the link to your cover page via the Google Form on the Blackboard course.
5. Upload any build files or copyright information to the upload site. Generally, these files don’t need to go on the cover page.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n

The instructions below are divided up according to each software. If you have used one more than one software type, then you may need to take a look at multiple sections. However, regardless of your software choice(s), you only need to submit one<\/strong> cover page. If needs be, this can contain links to resources made using different tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
