As a student you will be required to upload an Assignment via Blackboard at some point. It is important that you can successfully complete this task, as otherwise you may find that the assignment you thought that you had submitted has been lost due to you missing out a critical step in the procedure.

How to upload your assignment/eSubmission
1.Click the title of the Assignment button on the main page or in the Assignments menu on the left (you may find that only one of these two are present)

2.Read the instructions carefully, including any attachments

3.Click on the ‘Add Attachments’ button.

4.Click on the ‘My Computer’ icon (note: if this icon is missing, see this FAQ).

5.Locate and select your file and click on the ‘Open’ button.

6.Check your file is now listed just above the ‘Add Attachments’ button.

7.Remember to click ‘Submit’ before you exit the page, or your submission will not be completed.

8.If in doubt, click into the Assignment button again to verify that your attachment is still present.
NB. In some cases (not all), users who submit before the deadline have the option to remove and re-attach their submission if they submit the wrong file. This is done by clicking the ‘take back’ button in the top right of your assignment submission and then clicking the button with the red arrow next to the attachment and then completing steps 3-8 again.
