Technical Help with My Blackboard Course
If your Blackboard course unit is not behaving as you expect, you can:
- Contact your Unit Co-ordinator by email to get help with content issues (missing notes, etc).
- Contact the eLearning team via the IT Services Support Portal for technical bugs.
Student Administrative Support
If your issue is not related to an academic or technical problem, you should speak to the administrative support for your course. Please find the appropriate contacts below by clicking the relevant School title:
