To make a .pdf version of your work first start by opening the document, then;
- Click ‘File’ and select ‘Print’ or press ⌘ and P.
- In the print window click PDF in the bottom left corner.
- Select ‘Save as PDF’.
- Chose a location to save the PDF.
- Click Save.
