What is Camtasia?
Camtasia provides educators with a powerful yet user-friendly tool for creating effective educational videos that enhance student learning and engagement, without the need for extensive technical knowledge. It is an all-in-one screen recorder and video editor for both Windows and Mac users. Camtasia offers a variety of features, including:
- Interactivity and quizzing
- Annotations and animation
- Video table of contents
- Closed captions added directly to the recording.

You can also download a UoM template package to help you get started with Camtasia. When prompted, select Download then Open for the templates to be auto-installed into Camtasia.
