I have a technical problem
If you have a technical problem, submit a ticket to the team. Please include the course code of the unit that you are having difficulty with, as well as providing as much detail as you can about the problem (including error codes, exactly where you are having problems and a screen shot, if applicable.
- Go to IT Support Portal
- Log in (staff may be asked to authenticate via Duo)
- Click “Request Support”
- Choose the “Blackboard, TurnItIn and eLearning Request” form
- Complete and submit the form.
