You can now chat to the FBMH eLearning team via our Live Chat. This service is for quick or straightforward questions. Live Chat is available weekdays between 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm.

Get help and advice on moving to online teaching

The University has moved to increased online learning in the 20-21 academic year, to help keep our staff and students safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. If you need any help or advice with adapting your courses to online delivery, contact us here:

I have a technical problem

If you have a technical problem, submit a ticket to the team.

  • Go to IT Support Portal
  • Log in (staff may be asked to authenticate via Duo)
  • Click “Request Support”
  • Choose the “Blackboard, TurnItIn and eLearning Request” form
  • Complete and submit the form.
