We have four methods of contacting the Team, depending on what you need:

Quick question: eLearning Live Chat

Chat to the FBMH eLearning team via our Live Chat. This service is for quick or straightforward questions. Live Chat is available weekdays between 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm.

Book an appointment

Building on our Live Chat service, you can now make an appointment to speak with someone in the eLearning Team by using this form: Book an appointment
You can use this service to troubleshoot a more complex problem, or explore an idea.
Please provide as much detail as you can about your query, along with a range of dates and times, so that we can match you with someone best placed to meet your needs.

I have a technical problem

If you have a technical problem, submit a ticket to the team. Please include the course code of the unit that you are having difficulty with, as well as providing as much detail as you can about the problem (including error codes, exactly where you are having problems and a screen shot, if applicable.

  • Go to IT Support Portal
  • Log in (staff may be asked to authenticate via Duo)
  • Click “Request Support”
  • Choose the “Blackboard, TurnItIn and eLearning Request” form
  • Complete and submit the form.
