Request Support or Submit a Query – Primary Support Route

This is the main route for contacting the eLearning team. From Canvas course setup and configuration, to technical issues or bulk section requests, submitting your query here ensures it reaches the right members of the team and can be resolved as quickly as possible.


Contact our Live Chat Service for Quick Queries

Live Chat is best suited to quick questions and minor issues, such as broken content in a Canvas course or help finding relevant guidance. If your query needs further investigation, we may direct you to submit a support request so we can gather more information. This service is available on weekdays from 10am–12pm and 2–4pm.


Request a 1-to-1 Support Meeting

Use this option for complex, non-urgent queries or issues that would benefit from a more detailed discussion. After submitting the form, we’ll review your request and match you with the member of the eLearning team best placed to support you. We’ll then arrange a one-to-one meeting at a time that works for you.


Video Production Request

Here, you can request video production and filming support from the eLearning team. This includes (but is not limited to) patient simulation exercises, 360° filming, and other teaching-related video activities. Submitting a request via this form allows us to review your requirements, assess feasibility, and plan support accordingly.
