I have a technical problem

If you have a technical problem, use this link to submit a ticket to the team. Please include the course code of the unit that you are having difficulty with, and provide as much detail as you can about the problem (including error codes, exactly where you are having problems and a screenshot, if applicable).

Book an appointment

Building on our Live Chat service, you can now make an appointment to speak with someone in the eLearning Team by completing a form. You can use this service to troubleshoot a more complex problem or explore an idea. Please provide as much detail as you can about your query, along with a range of dates and times, so that we can match you with someone best placed to meet your needs.

Please note that this form should not be used to request 1-to-1 training for Canvas. Our team is preparing a comprehensive training program specifically tailored to support the transition to Canvas, which will be available soon.
